How does per-tablet pricing work?
You pay for each tablet you want to use for assessments. There are no additional fees for number of assessments, data amount, etc.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes! You can upgrade to the yearly plan at any time. We'll credit your unused monthly time and bill you for the yearly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards securely through Stripe. Payment is processed automatically each billing period.
Is there a minimum number of tablets?
No minimum! Start with just one tablet and scale up as your needs grow.
What happens if I add tablets mid-month?
When you add tablets, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Future bills include the full amount.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your paid period.
Is there a setup fee?
